How does Bitlocker Working in Operating system Windows XP and Vista

At the time of plugging the flash drive into Windows XP or Vista system, you'll see the AutoPlay dialog box that prompts you to install Bitlocker To Go Reader. When clicked, it only takes a moment to install or run the reader. You then akanmelihat dialog box Bitlocker To Go Reader, which prompts you to enter a password. There is no option Automatically unlock on this computer from now on. But the option Show the password characters are still available.

After entering the password and click Unlock, you will see Bitlocker To Go Reader window, which is basically similar to Windows Explorer.

However, the way it works is not the same as Windows Explorer. If you want to try to open the file by double-clicking, you will immediately be asked to copy a file to the desktop. You will not be able to open files on the flash drive. If you copy files from computer to Bitlocker To Go Reader window, you will immediately see an error message.
